Shipping policy

Shipping Information 

Sassy’s Clothing & Gift Boutique ships all orders via USPS at a flat rate of $15 per order. Shipping charges are applied per item in your order. 

Processing Time 
Please allow up to 48 hours for order preparation and delivery to the post office. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Tracking 
Tracking information will be provided for every order once your package has been shipped. 

Estimated Delivery Time 
USPS delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or weather. 

Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable 
Original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Customer Responsibility 
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Damaged or Missing Packages 
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us promptly so we can assist you with next steps.
